Having said that, by fitting or having this Tailfin Product fitted to your outboard leg you agree trading under Tailfin Water Rail, Meboat Pty Ltd company or the owner of the said company or other companies reselling the Tailfin product are not liable or responsible for any damage that may occur to the outboard leg the cavitation plate under any circumstances are not responsible for other property damages or any injuries or deaths.
